Please be prepared to leave a deposit with us prior to any procedures being completed. The remaining balance for your pet's care will be payable at the time of discharge. We accept cash, checks, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also offer various payment plans provided by Care Credit and Citi Health Card. These are independent credit companies and applications may be completed using their websites (www.carecredit.com or www.citicards.com). You may contact Care Credit by phone at (800) 859-9975 or Citi Health at (866) 832-8762. While you are here for your appointment at UVS, you may also apply at the time of your consultation.
