Cardiology

Veterinary cardiologists diagnose and treat heart problems in pets. Your pet’s heart is vital to their health and well-being, and heart disease can impact their body’s delicate balance.

Overview

Heart problems are common in animals and can range from “let’s keep an eye on this” to “we need to take action.” Although a heart disease diagnosis is concerning, collaborative management of cardiac cases between a cardiologist and the primary care veterinarian has been shown to increase the longevity and quality of life of the patient.

We provide diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management for a wide array of heart diseases in dogs and cats.
